iCycle strives to offer the best in cycling products. You can take your time here and benefit from our knowledge of cycling to make the right purchases. We always try to get you the right bike or part.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, simply return the item within 10 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. A few conditions apply, as you might imagine. We want to have happy customers and but not get taken for a ride by scammers.

Returns or exchanges are accepted with the original receipt within ten (10) days on most items, in new, unused, resalable condition, with original packaging intact.

EXCHANGE ONLY ON BIKES.

iCycle will exchange a bike in new, resalable condition for a different style or size within ten (10) days of purchase.

5% CHARGE ON CREDIT CARD RETURNS TO RECOUP CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES.

No Returns on clothing, helmets, or shoes that have been worn, tools, car racks, food, parts that have been installed, or bike cases.

Closeout, clearance, and special order items are not returnable.

Returns on online purchases must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by e-mail.
